If I could give zero stars, I would. I applied to be a patient with them about a year ago. The initial waiting period after applying was about a month and a half to simply fill out a form asking for my basic information, from there a phone call was to be arranged for the meet and greet before I could even have an *actual* appointment. Well that phone call never happened. I ended up calling their office several times and emailing which both went unanswered MONTHS after filling out that form.
