I had a great experience at Hamilton Village medical clinic. Dr. Brar listened to all my concerns and was very helpful and supportive. He was not only professional but also very empathetic, which I really appreciated. He definitely made my medical issue easier than it was. Also, the front desk staff were very polite and provided me with everything I needed.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr Hina Maqsood. Not only did they cancel my appointment on the same day, but they offered no explanation or apology. When I tried to reschedule, I was told the next available in person appointment would be after 5 weeks. This kind of unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable, especially when it comes to healthcare.
