Amazing customer service. Everyone in the clinic is welcoming and my pooch Arthur is calm and relaxed when he visits. The veterinarian staff are easy to talk to, which keeps me and my best mate calm and informed. The staff are accomodating with appointments! I can't recommend them enough:)
I chose this vet surgery when I got a new puppy and the staff have been wonderful.. we went to puppy pre-school run by Molly and learnt so much - just fabulous. Also had vaccinations, spey surgery and an eye operation - the staff were caring and kind and explained everything to me clearly - both pre and post op. Follow-up checkups were included in the operation cost. Could not recommend these guys enough!

Unfortunately not a good experience at this vet & I'm assuming because they have information to hide. Apparently "today" they can't email out vet records despite doing it previously. This makes it difficult for people that don't have email & also don't drive but want second opinions by Specialists in the field. I will not be recommending this unethical vet & will be seeking advice from the Veterinary Board in Victoria
I absolutely recommend these guys, so friendly and caring in their profession and understanding when your pets are your kids, They are dedicated to providing the very best of care by explaining all in detail and willing to listen to any questions, thoroughly impressed with every aspect right down to first consultation and excellent outcome for my chihuahua's teeth removal and spotlessly cleaned now pearly whites Excellent staff, thankyou so so much.🐶🐶❤
