If I could do zero stars, I would. I was referred to them and scheduled. A day before my appt, they called to cancel and reschedule. I had already taken the work day off but fine. Then on my actual day of appointment, my time is at 9:30a. I drove in 35 min and arrived at 9:20, only for them to tell me my appt was at 9am, so they cancelled it, even showing them their automated text saying it was at 9:30. I had a great consultation, everyone treated me super well from the moment I walked into the practice. Krystal explained to me thoroughly what exams were going to be done and took the time to explain the results and the procedures I will be having. I really appreciate that from her. Highly recommend.
I am not happy, I had some procedures done on both legs in December, and before that my legs were perfect. I could run and walk and no issues, I had just asked my primary care about some stains that I had had for years. I went to stride care, and since December my legs are destroyed and now I am having trouble walking and three different types of pain, now I can’t dance or run or do the things I used to Stride care originally said they were going to treat small veins but they actually treated some very large veins. Excellent communication and skill. Truly feel that this practice is exemplary in both their ability to work with their patients- and then carry out treatment. I have unexpectedly found this staff to be proactive in helping address physical concerns that did not directly connect their areas of care. Suffice it to say I am quite impressed with their care- and am very grateful for the help they have provided me.
