Initially I had an excellent experience here, as the nurse at the time ( 5/2023) was superb, as well as the receptionist. Had heard a plethora of horror stories @ Pinnacles other locations, other than Ivy, I loved it. Until I met the doctor. He at the time was cutting many clients doses, eventually mine and a relative, telling us Fentanyl was safer for our hearts, regardless of a clients sober time. Whoever they have answering the phone today Nov 9 needs a different job. My struggles on the phone. Everytime he said something there was a long pause that kept confusing him. He spelled his name 4times and even when I asked was this the clinic on blisten Ave I was answered with a very long pause. I asked again and was told just amin she would let me know. I asked again andwas told she needed to answer the patient. Sadly my husband just hung up.
I transferred here from community medical because I moved and this place is closer to home. I assumed this was also a dose and go clinic but now I'm there and there's too many 'appointments' every week and it's a hassle as I'm in a wheelchair and have to have help going places. I'm ready to go back to community medical where I was doing good and the staff were very helpful accommodating my needs
