We have always had compassionate and caring service from Rob and his team.
Have been attending this practice for several years. The care and expertise shown by all the staff at Hamilton Street Vet is incredible. They have looked after our pets with such skill and compassion, I would recommend their services highly.
We recently had to bring our dog to the vet, unfortunately she was far more sick that we thought. She had to be peacefully euthanized. All the staff at Hamilton St vet from the lovely ladies at the front to the vets were all so compassionate and made an emotional and horrible situation happen quite smoothly. We have two young children and they really took care of all of us. It wasn’t rushed and gave us as much time as we wanted to say our goodbyes. I recently brought my x2 mini schnauzers in , one for his annual vaccinations , Benji and my Other older schnauzer Oscar who was extremely sick . After receiving the diagnosis for Oscar we noticed him worsening overnight and discussed to end his suffering through euthanasia . We had received comfort and discussion during to the process from a wonderful compassionate Doctor Abbey .
