What a great experience over 9.5yrs. From puppy to the end this clinic was always there for us and our beloved dog Charlie. 2 knee reconstructions, many eating things she shouldn’t but Rob and his team were always there. At the end Emily was far and away so good with her empathy and people skills to handle the tough call we had to make. Dr Rob and team have been amazing with my boy, Billy. They have gone above and beyond to ensure he receives the best care before, during and after surgery. The compassion, knowledge and professionalism is by far beyond what has been experienced with other veterinary clinics attended over the years. Nothing is too big or small. We are so incredibly lucky to have Hamilton St vets in Gisborne. The amazing care and support they have shown our puppy over the last several weeks has been amazing! Nothing is ever a problem, they explain everything clearly and we couldn’t thank them enough especially Hannah, Leah and Rob! Not amazing to have been in so often lately but thank you so much for all of your help ❤️
What a friendly and welcoming place. My unwell little pup was treated either so much care and gentleness. The treatment had here back to her bouncy self in a few days. I was particularly impressed with the delightful female vet and the front desk staff who followed up my visit with details of a groomer after my enquiry. Very impressed !!
They attended to our dog Scout immediately. Rob and his team are amazing!
