I can’t speak highly enough of Rob Payne and his wonderful team at Hamilton Street Vets. I have been caring for pedigree dogs for over 55 years and they have been the most efficient, caring and friendly vets I have ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the love and care they give my dogs is second to none. It’s a happy place to visit and I consider them personal friends. Sue
I hand on heart could not recommend hamilton street enough, the entire team here are absolutely amazing and super lovely people! definitely the place you want to bring your pets to and will know that they are in the safest of hands! We recently lost our 4-year-old, healthy dog Nikko after visiting this clinic, and I want to share our experience for other pet owners. We brought him in as soon as he showed symptoms – he had been sick that morning and was constantly shivering. We specifically asked if it could be pneumonia, but this was dismissed without any testing. Always friendly, professional, and caring service. I’ve been using Hamilton Street Vet since they first opened in Gisborne. Wouldn’t consider going elsewhere. Thanks Rob for years of help, advice and expertise. Especially recently, achieving such a great outcome with Asha’s TPLO, (cruciate) surgery.
