The staff was very unprofessional and rude. I had an appointment today at 1 PM which got pushed back to 130 and I still ended up waiting another 20 minutes to get seen for a cavity. Before the cavity, the small Spanish assistant had an attitude because I wanted to read what I was signing before I signed the waiver. She gave me a nasty attitude because I was asking questions about what I was signing before I signed it. do not recommend and I won't be going back.
They do a fabulous job every time now my daughter is a patient and she loved them all too very Professional and gentle. The office is very clean also
I got two crowns done last February. Both of them came out while eating now I’m being told my insurance have to approve the work to be redone after she fail to do it Correctly the first time I can’t even eat because it’s empty spaces on my right side and left side And it hurts
Dr. Goyal and her staff are very professional, accommodating and caring. They treated my mother who was visiting from India for a sudden pain in her tooth. Dr. Goyal gave options for treatment (given that we were paying upfront) and did not push for procedures. The whole staff has been amazing and my mom does not have any pain anymore. They take patients without insurance (with upfront payments) and treat them with utmost care. I would highly recommend Dr. Goyal.
