Very approachable people that explain the needs for your pet in an easy manner to understand, I've always found the people there easy to talk to and understanding about my concerns.
The cattery is excellent. Each cat has it’s own cage which is high enough ( approx 1.5m) for a mezzanine floor and a ladder to reach it. They love sitting up there and some cages have windows that they can look out towards Te Rapa straight. You can bring their favourite furniture ( scratching post or bed etc).
