Supposedly open 9 to 5 Mon to Fri. 1pm Wed not open and not answering phone. A lady returning a hire car regaled us with the difficulties she has experienced in trying to collect and return a hire car. A serious lack of service here.

Great facility and prices! The staff are friendly and renting a storage unit when they are available is easy!
Customer service experience. One of the staff was very good, the other....I do not want to say anything except that in business you have to be a good people person.
