Applied for job got called same day going for interview tomorrow and weld test hopefully weld hood supplied by employer I don't own one and they told me I didn't need to bring anything
Not happy with the way I was treated on Tuesday. I ramped up my search for better employment. I've never in my life been treated so horrible from an employer in my life. The only to get closure is for me to move on.
The reason for one star is because for over a year I have been trying to get hired on so I can make money to get on my own feet again after a struggle. This isn't a pity message or anything like that, what this message is about is the lack of giving people a chance. I went in for a small interview, was walked around and everything. I'm only giving it two stars because this place is like a country club there's no sense of urgency. Morale in the office and out on the floor is at a all time low. Certain individuals suck there way into positions they are not qualified for. It's dog eat dog co workers make up lies about you to try and get you fired and they act like children. Machines are worn out 30 year old junk they have no intention of fixing. Place could be something good if they had true leadership there but I doubt that will ever happen.
