If I could have given a no star review bet your ass I would have given them just that. Poor customer service and greed at its best. I have rented from just about every tool place around and have never faced charges like these people. Needless to say I didn’t rent from this place one they tried the greed card on me. I will drive 2 hours to a different place if I ever have to just to not give them my business. Great example of what this country has come too.

Rented a piece of equipment that started spraying oil all over. Called and requested they bring me a replacement machine so I didn't have to drive 30 minutes each way and lose more time. They agreed to bring another machine (good) and I was told that if it was user error (it wasn't) that caused the problem there would be a service charge. They dropped off the machine and everything was great. When I returned and went to pay, they charged me a $250 service fee!
