Receptionists desperately in need of anti oppression training. Zero awareness of adoptive family issues, trauma informed therapy or any family structure that isn’t one dad, one mom, one kid. Really disheartened and dismayed by the implicitly homophobic treatment I received across three phone calls
Therapists show up late to appointments and/or cancel last minute (I've experienced both.) Exorbitantly expensive compared to other offices. Rude front desk staff. Really not a place I would recommend to someone seeking therapy.
