Rude and dismissive. Called for services for my daughter. After the receptionist danced me around for a few minutes, she hung up on me. Life is too short and a TERRIBLE approach for those presenting as help for people with mental health challenges (!). Updated: there are COMPETITORS who are capable, willing, CARING and worthy in supporting those who need help. We found them, after failing here.
I am extremely disappointed with how this clinic handled a missed appointment and the associated billing, as well as broader concerns regarding professionalism and patient care. I had an appointment scheduled from 1:00–2:00 p.m. Due to an unforeseen circumstance related to working shift work in healthcare, I was unable to attend. Receptionists desperately in need of anti oppression training. Zero awareness of adoptive family issues, trauma informed therapy or any family structure that isn’t one dad, one mom, one kid. Really disheartened and dismayed by the implicitly homophobic treatment I received across three phone calls
Therapists show up late to appointments and/or cancel last minute (I've experienced both.) Exorbitantly expensive compared to other offices. Rude front desk staff. Really not a place I would recommend to someone seeking therapy.
