We have been coming here for years for AFOs and Jim does a spectacular job. I also really like how simple repairs are and how kind Doris is.
I’ve been an amputee since 1987 and I believe I’ve been coming to Hamilton prosthetics since 1991 approximately and have had several prosthetics made here. The services provided here are professional in every way and I can’t say how much I appreciate all that Jim, Doris, Shirley and Joe have done for me over the years. The latest iteration of my leg is life changing tech, thank you so very much Hamilton prosthetics.
I've had the experience with other prosthetic companies out side of london felt like i was gonna be stuck things just weren't working then I met Joe and my whole world changed. Not only did they fix my original leg but they helped me get one for working out and soon for the frist time in almost 2 yrs I'll be able to stand in the shower. Also any little problems you have they get you in to correct. I can't say enough about this place. Terrible experience at Hamilton Prosthetics. The owner is very argumentative and refused to customize my leg brace to my liking. Do not waste your time if you have mobility issues. Not AODA compliant, no accessible parking or washrooms.
Shirley and Joe I don't even know what to say except thank you! They are beyond amazing. Went out of their way to make my son happy. There are not enough words to explain how grateful I am. Thank you so much.
