Very very unprofessional and rude I just called in about a toothache that I was having after I talked about one issue and realized I couldn't get help I said thank you for that issue before I could even ask about my second issue the lady hung the phone up on me didn't say bye didn't ask if that was all I needed or anything just hung the phone up on me. Very very unprofessional and very rude if you're mad about your job you should go find another one
