I had a new Trane A/C and furnace unit installed less than 2 years ago by this company. I was promised a two year warranty by this company. So far this summer, the unit stopped working during some of the hottest days. A new contactor had to be installed. Also, water leaked and created a mess for me to clean up. A new condensate removal HVAC pump was needed to fix this issue. This is exactly the kind of company you want to deal with - Vernon, the owner, answers the phone. He gives you straight answers without having to ask someone else in a backoffice. He can even give you a ballpark quote right on the phone. (two other companies refused to even give me a rough estimate until a tech showed up.. outrageous!) When Vernon showed up at our place for an HVAC issue, he asked me to recap the situation. Then he explained what he was going to do and he got to work. I had a leaking relief valve on my boiler in the morning and Vernon was out on the same day within about 4 hours (another company would have been a full-day’s wait). He diagnosed the issues without just throwing parts at it and ultimately determined our indirect DHW heater had failed internally along with a couple of other valves. He worked quickly and efficiently and was able to return the next day to replace the oil DHW with an electric one at our request and his recommendation. We are potentially remodeling our bathroom and Vernon was super helpful in assessing and providing honest advice. His communication was timely and he even made time after a long work day to make sure he could get eyes on the project. We will absolutely be using Hamilton Plumbing in the future :)
