Hamilton is great. They are reasonable and explain the issue so you can understand what and why they need to do what they are working on. When we first moved to our house we didn’t know about this local company and instead called a big name franchised company for the new furnace and AC unit. This was a big mistake because the big named franchise has been awful and hard to get them to come out or do quality work. I had a new Trane A/C and furnace unit installed less than 2 years ago by this company. I was promised a two year warranty by this company. So far this summer, the unit stopped working during some of the hottest days. A new contactor had to be installed. Also, water leaked and created a mess for me to clean up. A new condensate removal HVAC pump was needed to fix this issue. This is exactly the kind of company you want to deal with - Vernon, the owner, answers the phone. He gives you straight answers without having to ask someone else in a backoffice. He can even give you a ballpark quote right on the phone. (two other companies refused to even give me a rough estimate until a tech showed up.. outrageous!) I had a leaking relief valve on my boiler in the morning and Vernon was out on the same day within about 4 hours (another company would have been a full-day’s wait). He diagnosed the issues without just throwing parts at it and ultimately determined our indirect DHW heater had failed internally along with a couple of other valves. He worked quickly and efficiently and was able to return the next day to replace the oil DHW with an electric one at our request and his recommendation.
