If I could give zero stars, I would. After reaching out to the owner, Hamilton Myers, about an appliance he installed—which was actually a lesser performing , higher-priced replacement for what I had before—I was met with an overwhelming barrage of belittling and rude text messages, many sent after hours, even though I never responded. His messages included inappropriate comments about “investigations” he had no business being involved in, unsolicited remarks about my intelligence, and even suggestions that I seek therapy. Hamilton Plumbing completed a big yard job for me in 2020 and came again this week. The earlier job resulted in rerouting water/sewer to the street via new pipes rather than my old, broken terra cotta underground. This week Hambo arrived the same day I called to fix a leak I knew about, and rusted pipes I didn't know about, under my kitchen sink for a good price, saving me future trouble. Thank you, Hamilton Plumbing.
I was ripped off! Charged $475 for a $90 job and the owner insists that another plumber with over 30 years experience would not know what he was doing (wish I'd found him first!) Egocentric donkey, imo.
We had a fantastic experience with Ben Hewitt and Hamilton Plumbing. We replaced all of our quest piping throughout the entire House and Ben had it done quickly with expert precision. His communication was great and he was punctual as well. We highly recommend his services and will be using him for any future plumbing needs.
Hamilton Plumbing, and Ben Hewitt in particular, has always been responsive and professional. They have done 2 or 3 jobs for us and we have been very satisfied. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing project.
