This place is horrendous. My father was there for very few days, let’s just say he was not taken care of properly. They would give the run around when you call. On his last day there I was notified he was found unresponsive with minimal details. He unfortunately is no longer with us. I am very disappointed in this place and how things are run. On August 30, 2020 I went to visit my mother Zoraida Morales. I went through the whole process, I called the social worker as your supposed to every week and set up my fifteen minute appointment with my mother. I have a cousin that also goes to visit her and she does the same. We always get an attitude from the receptionist at the desk about when to sign in.
