Hamilton Place is a lovely park with paved roads, lots of trees and friendly residents. We rent lots and homes and we also offer rent to own options! Our rates are very low. We are conveniently located with a convenience stores, parks and schools within walking distance. We have single homes available with refrigerators & stoves and laundry facilities. Our rental homes are in pristine condition and ready to move-in! We also have lots available. Families welcome!

Don't try to live here unless you want to get scammed. I have family that purchased a run down property. The family members were getting settled in, even making repairs, just to be told they can't live there because the father is a felon, and then they lost rights to the home and didn't get their money back. The people that run this place are despicable.
