You need to be investigated! You should be ashamed of yourselves for how your staff and doctors treat people. May the rolls be reversed when it's your turn. You are more of a danger to the people who come there seeking help.
Business response:
Hi Norma, We're sorry you had a negative experience with the staff at Hamilton Park. Please contact us at customerservice@allurecare.com to discuss this matter further.
My aunt was assaulted there and neglected and no one is returning our phone calls. This facility needs to be shut down if they are not going to take accountability for their workers! They are under staffed before the pandemic and even more so now!!
Business response:
Hello Katie, we’re sorry you’re having trouble getting in touch. Please email us at customerservice@allurecare.com with the facility location and someone from our support team will assist you.

The man in this photo is @Joelandau80, owner of @TheAllureGroup and Hamilton Park Nursing And Rehabilitation Center, one of several #nursinghomes this dishonest, lying crook makes millions from. I want everyone, especially family members, to read this & beware of his lies! https://www.crainsnewyork.com/.../allure-group-has-until... #ShameOnYou
The quality of care on the weekends is terrible. Maybe short staffed. Whatever the reason they should treat each and every person like it it's their own parent
