I’ve always had a very positive experience here. Today was different. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. The technician however was a different story. In healthcare anyone who is going to perform a test or touch you or interact in any way should, at the bare minimum, introduce themselves and make eye contact. This didn’t happen. Results took 8 weeks, and receptionist was extremely rude when I followed-up, as though I was inconveniencing her with my inquiry. Please improve your service and attitude.
