Dr. LaFrance has performed a bicep tendon repair on my left arm. The staff here in New Hartford are great people who took the time to care for my first post op visit. They explained what they were doing and answered my questions completely. The X-ray tech understood that I couldn't manipulate my arm in the manner he preferred but was able to get the X-ray in a way that gave the view he needed without causing me pain or discomfort.
Called the office recently and had an appointment available within 2 days. From X ray, nurse triage and doctor's examination everything was professional and done in a timely fashion. My biggest takeaway was the bedside manner of the more than qualified doctor who talked to me like a person and open dialogue. Highly recommend the Hamilton Orthopedic Team!
Client experience 👎🏼 They wouldnt allow me to go in with my fiancé as he was getting an ultrasound. Meanwhile the doctors up the road allow him to go in with me to obtain my ultrasound for both pregnancies. Why the inconsistencies as there is no law provided that specifically states that I couldn’t be in there with him. What is the big whoop? The old woman said it would take 10-15 minutes. Made me wait over 30 minutes. Cheer up old ladies and do better
