Amazing staff and extremely kind to patients! Completely changed how I feel towards going to the orthodontist/dentist.
Brought my two children to Hamilton Orthodontics yesterday for their initial visits and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Appointments were right on time — no waiting around at all — which as a busy parent was greatly appreciated. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and engaging with the kids. They made the whole experience feel relaxed and fun. Came by just to do a small repair and everyone was so friendly, efficient and so transparent throughout the entire visit. The doctor even stopped by just to introduce himself and say hello. 10/10 orthodontist!
Everyone was professional, accommodating and friendly. The outcome was more than expected. A beautiful smile and a much improved bite was the best result.
Dr. Kirtane is the best in the Hamilton area. Great service, great staff
