Clean unit with all you require. Car parking safe stacka system, easy to use. Laura very responsive to any issues. Noisy area outside but close to restaurants, cafes and a couple of hotels. Also 50m to train station. Voices do carry through the building. Some interesting characters hang out in the area (not the building). Overall, very good but light sleepers may find it challenging.
