I’ve used Hamilton movers 3 times, The first 2 times I couldn’t be happier, But this last move didn’t go well! They managed to damage 3 pieces, 1 piece of furniture and 2 appliances. They did send out a furniture repairman to fix the cabinet which we were pleasantly surprised on how that turned out. But they dented our electric dryer and left multiple scratches on our stainless steel refrigerator. Run from this company. They broke several pieces of antique furniture. Huge chunks and pieces broken. Most not even repairable. Broke the refrigerator water line which flooded the house. The owner has refused to make right.
Hamilton moved me 10/29/24 from HSV to Topeka, Ks.Everything seemed normal until they left for Ar. Thats when the broken items started adding up.65in. Samsung HDTV with cracked screen. Antique chest caved in . One year old gas grill broken and not useable. Called several times and was assured INS.would handle the damage.Haven't heard a thing. Even complained to BBB.No results. Client beware.
Had a small move up 2 flights of stairs and these guys knocked it out in 15 minutes. Great, friendly and highly recommend. I will use them again when the time comes!
