Yesterday was my first visit at Hamilton Mill Eye Care. Everyone was extremely helpful and welcoming. Dr. Bhakta patiently answered all my concerns and questions. He was professional, but friendly; did not rush to leave to the next patient. It's very nice to feel your doctor believes you and your issues are important.
Yesterday I found out that I'm almost completely blind in my left eye. The news hit me very hard. Dr. Bahkta chose his first words very carefully when he explained to me what my options are. I appreciate his professional demeanor, which made my difficult time much easier.
The staff and Dr. True are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy having my eye exam there.
The staff here are all super friendly and professional. We started right on time with our appointment. Each person really took their time evaluating my 6 year old daughter to ensure the best recommendation for her eyes. Great place for eye care.
Doctor was ok. Optometrist ripped me off. Paid for No Line bifocals. Gave me single vision lenses. I didn't know the difference because I had never worn that type of lense before. And he was kind of rude to me. So,no recommendation from me.
I had put off getting an eye exam for a year only because I was extremely dissatisfied with my current pick and didn't really want to go back. But I know I had to have my eyes re-examined and soon. I decided to pick from my insurance carrier's list. I decided on Hamilton Eye Clinic simply because it is close to home. I figured it couldn't be any worse than where I had been going. Great Docs but They Ain't Cheap, That's For Sure! – I have been going to Hamilton Mill Eye Care for a couple of years now but not for the products or customer service. The only reason I am a return customer is for the doctors. The glasses are extremely expensive and take quite a while to get once ordered. But now I know not to buy them there.
