Doctor was ok. Optometrist ripped me off. Paid for No Line bifocals. Gave me single vision lenses. I didn't know the difference because I had never worn that type of lense before. And he was kind of rude to me. So,no recommendation from me.

Great Docs but They Ain't Cheap, That's For Sure! – I have been going to Hamilton Mill Eye Care for a couple of years now but not for the products or customer service. The only reason I am a return customer is for the doctors. The glasses are extremely expensive and take quite a while to get once ordered. But now I know not to buy them there. The contacts too are not reasonably priced but in the upper range of lens pricing. However, the doctors are great and very thorough. I highly recommend them. So, to put it simply, 1/2 a... read more

Good Dr., but very poor customer service and expensive!!! Not recommended – Doctor is nice, but his staff are inexperienced or just plain lazy. Staff would not help in insurance issues, wouldn't call insurance company to resolved a problem nor knew much about insurance. The prices are much to high for the same results you could find elsewhere. In my opinion, find another eye Doctor or ask many questions from the staff to be sure you are getting what you pay for (but that may be a bad idea since you will see what I'm talking ... read more

Good Dr. but bad bad pricing – eye exam was expensive for contacts and eyeglass lense exam ! Though Dr. was knowledgeable but not worth the price I paid.

Bad Customer Service – Would not return my money when I was unable to use progressive lenses due to their lack of knowledge. The frames I chose would have never allowed me to be able to use, or get used to progressives lenses due to the small area of the lense in the frame I chose. They shoud've know you need 16+ in size to use progressive lenses. The frames I chose were 14 in size. I lost over $500.00 in frames and lenses with them.
