Started by doing the online triage which left me quite unhappy with the doctors response. However when I had the in person appointment for the same issue I was helped by a wonderful doctor (different one as the one that replied to the online form). She was very helpful, listened to my problems and let me take part in the decision making of my treatment. I felt properly cared for and am happy to go back for further treatment with this doctor.
Good experiences should be shared too! This Medical center is an exemplary service, it is extremely efficient, I've never had any issues here, even after a year they've been consistently positive from the reception staff, nurses, doctors that I have seen, all working together. Medical centers can come with all heaps of issues and overall be a negative experience and become a hive of toxicity in my previous experiences because generally people love to have something to complain about - here that is not the case. Hello all, I just want to say a big thank you to all the nurses, receptionists and GPs at your practise. Although I have become quite a regular visitor :(, I have had no issues and all staff have been very pleasant and treated me with respect and have been efficient. Mike
Did a patches and the answer I received was a message off the doctor to phone up and arrange a telephone consultation which I did for 1 week later earliest appointment after the consultation with the doctor he said you need a in person appointment to which he said earliest was another week later yeah no thanks broken English speaking not very helpful
So pathetic. I have visited 3 times for different issues. They don't have anything to help us. No information, no doctors or medication. They ask us to visit doctor elsewhere. Why even keep this place open?
