The doctor I had Shawn Holsonback was very condescending and tried to gaslight me. I have multiple chronic illnesses. The nurse was very nice and sweet. I had to be stuck 4 times because I was so dehydrated. I’m still in pain and I have no answers. I wound up leaving against medical advice because the doctor kept telling me that I’ve been to the emergency room “too much”. I’ve never had a doctor so condescending and rude.
This place is packed with deceitful individuals, starting with the inept lady at check-in and extending to the so-called "security staff." Be very cautious about what you say in the rooms; I experienced a situation where a so-called "security guard" eavesdropped just outside our door. They were positioned out of sight, listening to our conversation without our knowledge.
Once again I found myself in need of medical care . I came into ER in great pain and very concerned about my issue. Within 1-Hour I was in a room and had some relief. Within 2-hours I had diagnosis and plan. I was admitted over weekend. At every step of this event the team at Hamilton were courteous, caring, and genuinely trying to make me feel better. I’ve came here for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. They just get better and better. Thank you for being there.
I went to Emergency on 05/26..,yeah The Holiday bout 11:30am. It was two people in the ER. I waited less than 10mins. Everyone was very nice & professional. I felt Dr. Webster really cared ,& listened to my health concerns. Nurse Shelly was beautiful and caring. The ones who came for X-rays, scans and blood draws were very professional & friendly. I was out sooner than expected. I was treated like Family & A Human Being. Thank you HAMILTON ♥️
Nurse threw the wadded up blanket on my fiance while I was holding my autistic child and expecting me to put it on her and risk my son hurting her fractured wrist or to do it herself I had to get the person in the hall to do it bc she walked in thew the blanket and then left 🫠it took everything in my to keep a cool would not recommend unless dying try Calhoun or even Murray is better at this point.
