This place is a joke you can never get in contact with nobody and then when they answer the phones, they immediately put you on hold then on top of that they don’t return phone calls not only that most importantly I’ve been waiting on important documents since April the beginning of April and here it is June 2 and they still haven’t sent me over those papers and no one will call me back. I personally feel like it’s because my son no longer get services from them and this is one of the reasons why

I have been doing zoom at owings mills location or pikesville. But it's been months. I originally was seeing a therapist I liked. A few months things were going pretty good. They have you put a card on file for billing. Which I hate because it benefits them but when they screw up it's hard to contact them I'll come back to that.they give you 24 hour cancelation policy. Unfortunately, I was unable to be seen by someone at this office due to a lack of communication on their end. I filled out intake information and submitted necessary documents to be completed by the office; the girl who works front desk stated she'd give me a call either Friday or Monday for scheduling and that the manager has to look over my documents for scheduling.
