Don't purchase any building built by Hamilton Marino off the plan. We have been waiting for 2.5 years for warranty work to be done such as a leaking balcony, substandard cabinetry, scratches to wooden wall panels, toilet installed on a tilt, cupboard drawer that falls apart every time you use it from day 1, wooden panels that have different colour tones. HM build apartment buildings that aesthetically look great and appealing but beware of their quality and short cuts taken with waterproofing. Very dodgy to say the least.

my wife and I own & live in apartment Magnolia built by Hamilton Marino For nearly three years we have been trying to have building defects in our apartment fixed by them I have found them and their staff [particularly service or maintenance staff] nearly impossible to deal with They simply could not care less about our defects In addition there have been many problems in our building [broken glass serwerage problems etc] apparently caused by faulty workmanship I would not recommend anyone to use Hamilton Marino or to purcha... read more

Absolutely shocking customer service. They are useless at having any form of customer response to legitimate issues that they acknowledge are their responsibility and have said they will fix in our apartment building. Just constant stalling and lying about what they will do and when they'd do it. And these are really simple fixes. They simply do not return phone calls. I'd warn anyone about dealing with these people.
