They are going to inspect my unit. There is a hairline crack on the ceiling concrete and our unit's ceiling is leaking.

Been waiting 1 year for rectification work on a brand new property. Their Melb office does not return calls, their Syd office the phone numbers and email bounce. The service is poor, there contact details out dated. I was quoted they are working under C-19 , so are we all, yet setting better stds and adapting to the current environment is crucial to retain customers.

Terrible builders. Our defect list was huge and is still not completed after living in our place for 3 months. We had to argue with the builder during inspection about the poor paint work, the paint had shadowing underneath where you could see where the plaster work was done. Still chasing them up to get the creaking floorboards in the bedroom fixed, was told I need to wait a few weeks for a reply...

I live in Burcham complex. The defects are going for months. But the defects and maintenance team, especially Jenny, is kicking the ball and no actions have been taken so far. Very poor service！！！
