Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! I tried calling, emailing and texting to arrange a pickup, and I never got a call back. I had the drivers number and called him to have the office call me and still nothing. I had a credit with Hamilton Limo from a previous cancelled trip, and they obviously don't want me to use it. Do not even bother to contact them.......they won't return your call anyways.
