We stayed at Shore Line Villa 4 and had the most awful experience. - There were ant and cockroach infestations throughout the property and notably on our bedding. - There was also mould everywhere and the place was filthy. - Stains on the bedsheets -An issue with our buggy wheel on arrival, meaning we couldn't use it straight away like advertised. -Privacy issue with an unclosable window in the shower. Not one negative stayed at the Anchorage - a private apartment. Everything was fabulous! From the rooms, instructions, electric cart. Communication 10/10.
The big thank you to the team at Hamilton Island Private apartments! 😊 We recently stayed at an apartment called the Hibiscus 104. It had been recently renovated and was spacious clean and tidy. The view was spectacular. It was a nice touch being met at the airport. We had a wonderful time, and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this property.
