Wonderful!! our trip was made extra special with chip the turtle! so glad the team suggested we take a trip out to the reef. It was everything we wanted and more, fantastic staff and great room, we will be back and can't wait to rebook!

Terrible service - Stole our bond - Poorly maintained property We love Hamilton Island (this was our 4th visit) and I can categorically say that our stay at the Shorelines apartments over Christmas this time has been our worst experience so far. On arrival we waited at the airport for our transfer with our 2 children for over an hour with nobody picking up our calls, only to be told that the transfer company which was supposed to pick us up had gone bankrupt. We stayed at sunset waters unit 3 over Christmas - this unit is advertised as being fully air conditioned, but both the lounge and master bedroom were faulty and did not work, making for a very hot and uncomfortable stay at this time of year. We asked for a partial refund, as the price we paid was high and didn’t reflect what we received. This was rejected, and the service we’ve received has been terrible. We recommend booking elsewhere.
Myself & 3 friends were recent guests at the Casuarina cove 7 Hamilton island for three nights (20th – 23rd of March 2019) And unfortunately this was not the 'luxury' experience we had expected. The apartment was invested with ants as you can see from the videos & pictures attached. And when asked to move the manager sad this was not a possibility only for a worker to come and change the linen and put out bait for the ants. I recently rented a Shorelines Apartment through Ali and Tegan at Hamilton Island Private Apartments .They were very helpful and even arranged a replacement door key when it was misplaced by my Girlfriend at the resort pool.I would highly recommend booking an apartment through this company as they seem to know the Island really well and even helped me organise some flowers when I proposed to my Girlfriend .
