I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I reached out to them for an urgent exhaust fan repair, and the entire process from diagnosis to invoicing was a disaster. I have a contract with Hamilton to service my office HVACs on numerous encounters, they are in and out within minutes. What is more concerning is that my HVAC was previously functioning properly but after they leave, there would be issues (temp at 63 degrees). They have been responsive and typically come in the same day but charge me to fix a problem that only showed up shortly after they leave. Also, they always try to charge you before they even come in.
