Would have given 5 stars just for the initial lady’s service, she did amazing, was so considerate and polite. Unfortunately they had to provide a loaner vehicle as they wouldn’t have our car done before closing. This wouldn’t have been a problem for us until my Fiance was harassed about returning the car despite us saying she started work early in the morning for a 10 hour shift.
