I recently had my car serviced at Hyundai, but the experience was not satisfactory. 1. The car was not properly washed after the service. 2. After the oil change, the system/data was not reset, and the old message is still showing on the screen.
If your car is a hybrid and it breaks down, don’t waste your time and money with the Hyundai dealer. Every time I go to them, I have the worst experiences. All they want is to add more work hours just to charge you for diagnostic time, without giving you any results or identifying the problem. Their mechanics don’t understand hybrid maintenance and don’t care about wasting your time.
