This is a beautiful building with only 48 residences. The people are friendly, and office staff always helpful. It has a very community minded atmosphere. It’s wonderful to have off Street parking and a beautiful private garden oasis to be in during warmer months. It’s obvious that people really love living here and treat the entire property as if it were their own.
I don't live here nor been inside. I can attest to the neighborhood and the overall appearances. Private parking, manicured grounds. This place really looks great. In a great neighborhood. Very safe and clean. Only 2 blocks from the park and zoo. Worked out here for about 4 days and varying hours. Always quite and neighbors are more than nice. 1 of Wilmingtons best spots.
