Hands down the BEST vet I’ve ever come across. I’ve been a client for over 6 years and all my dogs are patients here. We love Dr Michael, he’s so informative, understanding, compassionate & very thorough. Dr Jess is absolutely incredible, I have full trust in her when she operates on my dogs for surgery. I cannot speak highly enough of this Veterinary practice with a specific mention of Michael, who was recommended to me by my daughter who has used their services on numerous occasions. I visited this evening with my elderly dog for a second opinion on his care. Michael was beyond amazing! Hamilton Hill Vet is a wonderful practice with caring staff. I have a rescue dog and Dr Michael has been amazing with him and also provided lots of helpful feedback for us. We have also seen Dr Narelle and several of the Nurses who have been so encouraging and knowledgeable with my boy. Thank you all, Rachel
Very helpful thankyou, knowledgeable and kind. You all need training on how how to keep your cool when it's busy though, let ppl know your giving them worst case scenario information, don't make it out that the worst case is the only outlook could be a bit more positive and change your voicemail recording please it still mentions Christmas hours, other than that thankyou for helping us.
