Dr Abi is kind knowledgeable and been my doctor a long time very grateful for him and the team at Hamilton hill medical Centre :) Logan is lovely and has brought so much structure to the practice thank you
This place is actually getting worse, which wouldn't have thought possible. AI booking system, and when that fails sends you through to a receptionist who's just as bad. Curing a human problem with AI is not a cure. Its a symptom of the Human problem at this Medical Centre. Train the people to be nice, speak properly, includes the doctors of the place
