The technician came out the next morning, discovered a dirty flame sensor, and cleaned it thoroughly. He also performed a full safety check before leaving. The furnace now runs continuously and heats the house evenly. I was impressed with how quickly he diagnosed and resolved the problem. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service—exactly what you want when dealing with heating issues in the middle of winter.
We had ductless mini-splits installed in our converted garage unit. The install was quick and clean.
