My nephew was seen in your ER, 4/24 around 10:30 pm, for severe and debilitating back pain. I am extremely frustrated at the lack of concern your facility had for him and for the symptoms he was having. I am unfortunately in another state and was not able to be with him and be an advocate for him to be taken seriously. He has not improved and is now worse and in need of an emergent MRI, which could have been ordered much sooner, had he been taken seriously, even a simple X-ray may have been helpful.
