I have been going to this medical practice since late last year and both receptionist and Dr Kavitha are friendly yet very professional. Nurses here also good. This is the best medical centre I have visited in the last 20 years in Queensland.
The doctors and staff at Hamilton Hub are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The doctors take their time to understand your condition and provide the best possible treatment to assist i. your recovery. You don’t feel rushed with the doctors and you also don’t wait too long to see the doctors. As for the receptionist, they’re are absolutely amazing and identify you by name when you enter the practice. I've been coming here for years, I've always found it easy to make an appointment, or even change one if things change, Dr Rasheed has always been an excellent Dr, and if the first one I've had who treats me without any squeamishness about my sexuality. I've never felt rushed or like I'm not being listened to, the clinic used bulk bill 100% but changes in cost and the mistreatment of the Medicare system by government changed that, but they do what they can for you, and having the pathology right there is amazing 👏
This is our family’s go-to medical provider. We always receive the best care here. Dr. Kavitha provides excellent care for all women’s health needs. I highly recommend her.
Would give zero stars but not possible. Advertised appointments and open on Sundays. Booked and confirmed my appointment then received an email from what I assume is just the receptionist named Rose (no email signature or details to be able to tell) advising me the doctor will not be available and I can reschedule just over two hours before the appointment.
