The doctors and staff at Hamilton Hub are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The doctors take their time to understand your condition and provide the best possible treatment to assist i. your recovery. You don’t feel rushed with the doctors and you also don’t wait too long to see the doctors. As for the receptionist, they’re are absolutely amazing and identify you by name when you enter the practice. I've been coming here for years, I've always found it easy to make an appointment, or even change one if things change, Dr Rasheed has always been an excellent Dr, and if the first one I've had who treats me without any squeamishness about my sexuality. I've never felt rushed or like I'm not being listened to, the clinic used bulk bill 100% but changes in cost and the mistreatment of the Medicare system by government changed that, but they do what they can for you, and having the pathology right there is amazing 👏
Would give zero stars but not possible. Advertised appointments and open on Sundays. Booked and confirmed my appointment then received an email from what I assume is just the receptionist named Rose (no email signature or details to be able to tell) advising me the doctor will not be available and I can reschedule just over two hours before the appointment. I have been visiting HHH for almost 2 years now and I’m so pleased that this practice prioritises patient wellbeing over profits which is really rare in this day and age. Rose has been absolute super star helping me navigate complex Medicare system with my condition and how I could get the best support. The clinics has pretty much everything needed nursing service, pathology, ECG, GP services and even an inexperienced psychiatrist. I have no issues with my gp here, just the misinformation on Hotdoc regarding bulk billing. It clearly indicates that 65 and up are covered, so I was surprised when I was told as I walked to the doctors room that it is actually 75 and up. That defeated my purpose for changing gps. Only on the website does it have the correct information, which I discovered later. I'm sure most people book through the app so that should be brought up to date.
