Do yourself a favor and go to the Ace Hardware location off of 529/Barker or Jones rd. Should have known by the negative reviews to heed my own warning. First and last time to shop at this location. Customer service here is horrible. Standard reply is "if it's on the shelf we carry it, if it's not there we don't". Lazy

Called before went and they had my item up front for me when walked in door. They even tested it on my car before I purchased to make sure it was exactly what I was needing. Now THIS is what I call TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE
EDIT: brought back the tubing and they replaced it with the proper size, without a receipt! I had a little problem at this Ace. I went to buy ½ inch copper tubing (per foot). I bought 4 feet of what I thought was ½ inch copper, but when I returned to West Houston to use the copper on a project I realized the employee had accidently cut me a 4 foot section of ⅝ inch copper tubing.
