I brought three chainsaw blades in to get sharpened. The associate, Rocky, said they were short staffed, but said if I could wait ten minuets, he could sharpen them all. Ten min later I got the blades and went home to find out they were just as dull as when I took them in. I called and asked for a refund for all three and even offered to bring my saw with a log to show how dull they were. I didn't even attempt the third blade. I had a little problem at this Ace. I went to buy ½ inch copper tubing (per foot). I bought 4 feet of what I thought was ½ inch copper, but when I returned to West Houston to use the copper on a project I realized the employee had accidently cut me a 4 foot section of ⅝ inch copper tubing. I told him I didn't need a receipt because cut copper is non returnable. So basically now I'm stuck with a 4 foot section of copper I don't need and still have to get the right size.
