I have had a wonderful experience with Hamilton Grove. The staff is very knowledgeable & helpful. They also have a great rehab staff.
It seemed very clean and the staff are helpful and professional.
Totally unimpressed with the rehab unit. I didn't see much rehab going on. Very little staff concern for the residents. No visible social stimulation observed. Staff seemed to have a lot of time for chatting with one another, but really only issued commands to the residents. I was so sad to leave my family member there. Unfortunately, there are so few options available in that geographic area.
My Dad was passing. There were a few compassionate employees, I think the rest didn't care or they had no compassion especially the ED.
Living here in a villa "FOR THE BEST OF MY LIFE".
