Thank you nurses Rob and Chiranjeet, and doctor Rashi for helping out my dad so quickly and so attentively. Everyone was so nice, efficient and hardworking here. My dad and I spent 7 hours here while they did a series of tests, treatments and CT scan. We only had to wait for 2 hours to see a doctor (which was significantly better vs. our experience at the hospital in Oakville - we had to wait for nearly 9 hours there to see a doctor who barely looked at my dad and did anything for him). Staff is wonderful. But after I had a CID installed for my heart, I was woken up at 12:30am and was told I no longer had a room. I this is now my "room" (hallway). I just hope no one steals my stuff while I am recovering.

I came to the emergency department via ambulance. They treated me with care and kindness. They gave me the appropriate medication and were very professional. The wait time is one of their major issues.

I came in experiencing chest pain. I was seen and assessed immediately. The kindness I experienced from everyone here has been incredible. They have eased my stress and have been available to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. I am scheduled for other testing tomorrow. Although I’m fearful, I know I’m safe here.
