My mother fell off a flight of stairs in early Oct and was seriously injured. She was admitted to Oakville General Hospital ER and later being transferred to Hamilton General trauma centre for treatment and assessment. That was the longest night, ever. She was admitted to the trauma ward and remained there for a week. I was recently in the out patient ward on October 31 for a minor surgery. I am happy to say that the staff were very professional and really took good care of me every step of the way.They were so friendly,helpful,and informative and made my short stay a true blessing.I really want to thank you all for doing such an amazing job from the excellent nursing all the way to recovery .Special thanks to Dr. Kahnamoui for performing the surgery.

Honestly the worst hospital triage staff I've ever seen. Been here for 3+ hours and when asked if I missed my name being called out they dismiss it and say 3 hours is a good wait time, which is likely true, but doesnt mean you can sweep people's feelings under the rug tell them that your next, then watch a bunch of people get help before you. These two women at Triage 2 spend more time grabbing then caring for their patients
