Booked a scheduled appointment time on their website days ahead and never received a call at that time, nor several days later. Sent an email to inquire if they were interested - no response. Reached out a 3rd time and was asked to provide the fence style, measurements, photos, etc. So basically do all the work and they may provide a quote? Not sure how effective your business model is working for customers? terrible experience. lots of promises but never ended up doing repairs. was quick to do job and collect money, but never hear back.
The workers were considerate, efficient and professional. The price was as quoted. Very happy.
