My girlfriend and I visited this clinic approximately 1-2 months ago in hopes for a refill of medication due to a provider switch. We have been to this location once before and the care was decent although the most recent was very poor. She explained the two medications she required as she has been on them for years, one of which being a form of birth control. this place was horrible. i came in with extreme pain in my side crying because of how much it hurt. The front desk lady was very rude and so was the staff. My bf took me because i could not drive and he ended up having to leave because they took longer than 2 hours to give me my results back from a single xray and once he left i could hear the staff talking about me outside of my room. I have been having terrible nerve pain in my wrist I went to the urgent care on a Sunday around 2:40 once I got called back and the female dr came in to speak to me she didn’t listen to what I had to say she just said let’s xray it finally around 5:50 something the dr comes rushing in to tell me the xray looks fine and then tries to walk out and I asked well what can I do about the pain what are other options and she responds with it’s probably an early symptom of the flu some test negative and have it!?? The woman at the desk was horrible! She tried to make me pay a copay when I’ve never had one and when she talked to someone about it she pretty well made fun of what I said. I waited 30 minutes to go back as well. Nothing urgent about it.
Don’t recommend. Nothing urgent about coming here.
