You would have gotten five stars but you guys say that you open at 8:30 Monday to Friday and then when I try calling you at exactly 8:30 your automated system says our office is now closed so you guys want that five-star rating. Please make sure that you put the right hours or actually have somebody ready to answer the phone at 8:30 in the morning. Unacceptable

Unprofessional place. Called in for a prescription refill inquiry and was told immediately that they don’t do any services like that. If a clinic doesn’t do services like that or not even able to accommodate a simple inquiry, who is meant to do it?
