I came seeking help with my osteo arthritis and was highly disappointed with my experience with Justin Parker whom I had an intake appointment with at 9am this morning. I had been in much discomfort and pain for sometime and it was hard for me just to make it to the appointment. I was hopeful that I would be able to get some professional help in mitigating my pain. In a time of great stress on the health care system, and an incredible shortage of doctors and mental health professionals, this place goes above and beyond. Patience is something that is required for all things in this life, but especially when it comes to government services, and health care. As someone who both works in Health Care, and uses some of these same services, I get to see every single day just how this usually works out. Really disappointed. They’re accepting patients in my postal code but the attachment officer, Jacob, refuses to set up a time to call. We’ve been playing phone and email tag for two weeks, so I’m probably just going to go elsewhere. Especially disappointing when there’s a crisis of primary care providers.
