Dr. Philip Ukpong was very unprofessional during my visit. His behavior felt inappropriate at times, especially in how he interacted with patients, including women and children. Instead of addressing serious health concerns with care, he made jokes in a way that felt dismissive rather than reassuring. He came across as arrogant, disrespectful, and not helpful. Very friendly and super recommended for all. Please go there better health services.
My partner had an appointment to get a family doctor, he arrives at the appointment with plenty of time, just to be told that they are no longer accepting new patients and all spots have been filled. Nobody called him to tell him it was cancelled the appointment.
Made a appointment and got a confirmation email the day before and went all the way to the clinic to only be tured around saying they canceled
