Impossible to get a hold of them. They told me they couldn't book my baby's next vaccination because of a doctor change and I would have to call to book later. Now I can't get a hold of them to book a very important and time sensitive appointment for my child. Update: finally got through but the doctor is only booking one week at a time and they can't guarantee they'll get a spot for my baby. My partner had an appointment to get a family doctor, he arrives at the appointment with plenty of time, just to be told that they are no longer accepting new patients and all spots have been filled. Nobody called him to tell him it was cancelled the appointment. EDIT: weeks after this happened they were advertising that they are open for new patients. Thankfully my husband is at a good family doctors. If I could give this place 0stars I totally would
Although the doctor and staff are okay to deal with. There’s no way outside of the office to make appointments without going in
It would be 5 stars if they had a bigger parking lot
