Dr Nwangwu is highly professional and understand the patient.
I’ve been a patient at this clinic for some time, and while I understand that my family doctor is currently on leave for medical reasons, the level of disorganization lately has been unacceptable. I booked an appointment back in December, which was already rescheduled once about a month ago—so there was plenty of time for the clinic to prepare. UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIDICULOUS my partner had an appointment where he waited for two months and when the day came they simply said “oh when the secretary made your appointment they didn’t collect your information so we had to cancel your appointment” and that they were suddenly no longer accepting new patients! This place is a joke there was no help coming from them trying to reschedule since it was their mistake. If I could leave negative stars I would! DO NOT GO THERE! You’ll waist your time and energy
